Bilewer Urges Mutfwang Supporters to Sell Achievements, Ignore Opposition Provocation.

The Secretary of the Plateau Central Zone Like Minds for Caleb Mutfwang 2027, Godwin Bilewer, has urged supporters of Governor Caleb Mutfwang to remain focused on mobilising support for the administration and resist attempts by opposition politicians to distract them with what he described as provocative and unsubstantiated political claims.

Bilewer said supporters should not allow confrontational messages, propaganda and what he termed frivolous allegations to derail the campaign ahead of the 2027 elections.

He maintained that the strongest response to the opposition was not unnecessary confrontation but the record of projects and achievements delivered by the Mutfwang administration.

According to him, the governor has provided sufficient development interventions for his supporters to take the message of performance directly to the electorate.

He cited the administration’s ongoing construction of urban and rural roads, as well as interventions in education, where 397 classrooms have been constructed, 557 renovated and 33,685 sets of furniture distributed, as examples of achievements that supporters can use to engage voters.

Bilewer also pointed to the commissioning of the upgraded Tudun Wada Primary Health Care facility to a cottage hospital, amongst numerous others saying such interventions demonstrate an effort to strengthen government operations and improve service delivery.

He warned supporters against allowing opposition actors to dictate the direction of political discourse through provocative statements.

“Our supporters must not allow themselves to be dragged into unnecessary confrontations. Our message is simple: take the achievements of Governor Mutfwang to the people and let the people judge.”

Bilewer argued that opposition politicians would naturally seek to divert attention from the administration’s record whenever they could not effectively challenge its achievements.

He therefore called on members and supporters of the Like Minds movement to respond to criticism with facts, figures and verifiable accomplishments rather than insults or inflammatory exchanges.

He said the objective of the 2027 mobilisation should be to convince, canvass and win support, rather than engage in political quarrels that could distract the movement from its larger mission.

The Secretary urged supporters across Plateau Central and beyond to remain disciplined, united and focused on communicating what he described as the development achievements of Governor Mutfwang.

He maintained that “the best campaign weapon is performance”, and challenged supporters to take the administration’s scorecard to communities, wards and polling units instead of allowing opposition rhetoric to dominate the conversation.

Bilewer said the people of Plateau deserve an election campaign based on issues, development and the future of the state, insisting that supporters must remain focused on building momentum for Caleb Mutfwang’s 2027 re-election bid.
