
HR. NGOLONG NEMEL CALLED FOR STANDING OVATION FOR THE ELEVATION OF ONE OF HIS SONS TO THE RANK OF CP
His Highness, Nde Goshi Shanka the District Head of Nemel in Kanke Local Government Area of Plateau State has called for a standing ovation to celebrate the promotion of one of his sons Gombit Bang Kopshella to Commissioner of Police.
This was contained In a press Statement signed by his Private Assistant and made available to journalists in Jos during the weekend.
The Traditional ruler while congratulating the newly decorated police officer who is the first to attend that position in his District, said the gesture is a testament of his heard work and dedication that led to this prestigious promotion which also reflects positively on the people of his community and the state at large.
He said the significance of Traditional Rulers in the society is to continue to command respect, wield considerable influence in their communities and to always pray for their sons and daughters who are ready to make remarkable contributions to bring change.
Nde Shanka said he will not relent in playing the vital roles of promoting unity, advising and preserving cultural heritage of his land, adding that all hands should be on same page to address issues that are not people oriented so as to create room for continuous peaceful coexistence among his subjects.
