The EXECUTIVE chairman Pankshin Local Government Council Hon. Nde Kakmena Audu Goteng, on behalf of the leader and legislative members, supervisory councillors and other appointees, APC family and teeming supporters across the locality, wishes to extend its felicitations to the people’s Senator, the Minister of Labour and Employment and Former Governor and Chairman Northern Governors Forum Rt. Hon. Dr. Simon Bako Lalong over his victory at the Election Petition Tribunal on the Monday September 11, 2023.
Our dear Minister and Senator, your victory at the tribunal to represent the good people of Plateau Southern Senatorial District in the national assembly did not come to us as a surprise, considering the quality of evidences presented at the tribunal, diligent performance of our lawyers and the great party APC.
To us, your election as a senator, confirms the appreciation of the Plateau Southern zone of your wisdom, sagacity and administrative prowess while delivering the dividends of democracy in the past while serving as Executive Governor.
We pray that the God Almighty empowers you with the wisdom of King Solomon and the courage of King David as you assume your new responsibilities in Abuja, having demonstrated your capacity in positions you held before now.
We believe that your presence at the FEDERAL LEVEL will revitalized and boost the status of Plateau State in national politics.
