We, the Leadership and Members of the Movement for the Actualization of Tinubu 2023 Plateau State Chapter, wish to congratulate our amiable Leader and Mentor, Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu (Jagaban), for his successful outing at the National Convention of our great party, the All Progressive Congress, held at the Eagle Square Abuja which returned him as APC Presidential flag-bearer for the 2023 general elections.

Sir, we have never doubted your ability to lead the Nigerian Nation, given your pedigree as a tested and trusted democrat.

You have in the course of building democracy in Nigeria, fought military dictatorship during the NADECO days which led to our enjoying civil governance today.

As governor of Lagos state, you built both political and infrastructural legacies that have stood the test of time as Nigeria will be lucky to have you as its President in 2023!

We on the Plateau join millions of your well wishers in saying congratulations. Yes, the journey has just begun and we as your foot soldiers will march to all frontiers to return you victorious as our President and Commander in Chief. Asiwaju of Nigeria! Welldone!

We also congratulate the Gubernatorial candidate of our party in Plateau, Dr. Nentawe Yilwada and his counterparts all over the federation, The Senatorial, House of Representatives, and State Houses of Assembly Candidates of the APC.

We wish them success at the pools as APC is set to make history in 2023.

The Captain of the DVD Movement in Plateu State, Nde David Victor Dimka fsi with gratitude to God almighty celebrates the landslide emergence of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (The Jagaban of Borgu Kingdom) as the Presidential flag bearer of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the recently concluded National Convention held in Abuja.

The APC Stalwart described the primary election as a very transparent, world acclaimed  fair and just process which is highly commended by all democrats in Nigeria and  Africa. 

Consequently, the Captain of the DVD Movement, a close ally of the Tinubus has directed  that all focal persons, members and teeming supporters of the DVD Movement in Plateau State and beyond are hereby given the go ahead to embrace and drive the campaign of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to its overwhelming success.

"Now that our national leader has clinched the much awaited ticket of our party, all of us should go and work tirelessly for his success and that of our party", he declared.

He therefore prayed God  to crown all the efforts  of BATS with a resounding victory for the All Progressive Congress at the 2023 elections.

On behalf of my family and the entire members of the DVD Movement in Plateau State, I congratulate the national leader of our great party, His Excellency and Distinguished Senator Bola Ahmad Tinubu (The Jagaban of Borgu Kingdom) on your victory at the just concluded APC 2022 Presidential Primary Election in Abuja.

Your victory with such a wide margin has further demonstrated your acceptability and popularity as a visionary leader that is loved by all Nigerians.

In addition, the landslide victory is a testimony of the level of confidence reposed in you by Nigerians, which is attributable to your leadership qualities and experience in politics and sense of engagement.

Over the years, you have  shown that you are a detribalised leader and your sincere service to humanity has brought you closer to the masses of this Country. 

I therefore, call on you to quickly reach out to other aspirants and begin the process of building a formidable synergy that would ensure victory for our party come 2023.

APC SPECIAL CONVENTION 2022: GOVERNOR LALONG PRESIDES OVER MEETING OF HOSPITALITY/WELFARE COMMITTEE. 

Ahead of the Special Convention and Presidential Primaries of the All Progressives Congress, the Sub-Committe on Hospitality and Welfare has met to fashion out ways of ensuring that all delegates and members of the party attending the event are properly attended to before and during the exercise. 

Chairman of the Hospitality and Welfare Sub-Committee and Governor of Plateau State Simon Bako Lalong who presided over a meeting of the Committee at the Plateau Governor's Lodge in Asokoro Abuja, charged the members to be dedicated to ensure that the assignment is delivered with excellence and precision. 

He told members of the Committee to consider their appointment to serve the party as an opportunity to write their names in gold and also demonstrate their faith and loyalty to the party.

Lalong assured them that the Chairman of the Party and members of the NWC have given commitment that they will provide the committee with all that is needed towards a successful assignment. 

Governor Lalong thereafter inaugurated five sub-committees to carry out various tasks towards achieving the committee's objectives. 

The Co-Chairman of the Committee and Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development Hajiya Saadiya Umar Farouk was also present at the meeting. 

The subcommittees are expected to submit their reports immediately to facilitate the work of the Committee.
