Pankshin LGA Chairmanship Tussle: No Court Served Us With Restraining Order APC

Malam Bashir Musa Sati, State the Acting Secretary Caretaker of the extraordinary committee has said the attention of the All Progressives Congress, APC is drawn to a media report alleging that there was a court order restraining our candidate from participating in the forthcoming Local Government Council elections on Saturday 9th October 2021.

However, to put the record straight the APC is not aware of any order from any court of competent jurisdiction, restraining us from fielding candidates either in Pankshin or anywhere across the 17 Local Government Areas of the State.

He said, therefore, Mr. Katmena Goteng,  still remains the valid chairmanship candidate of the APC in Pankshin LGA, just as all our chairmanship and Councillorship candidates lawfully recognised by the Plateau State Independent Electoral Commission (PLASIEIC), remain in the contest for the elections.
We call on the People of Plateau State to disregard any false information that the APC was restrained from fielding candidates in any position.

We equally appeal to the people to come out en mass on Saturday to vote for our candidates in all the chairmanship and Councilourship positions, for the continuation of peace restoration, development, and peaceful co-existence on the Plateau.

It is also important appealing to people to remain peaceful, orderly, and calm before, during, and even after the elections.

AS DENGI HOSTS A BOISTEROUS CROWD FOR DAYYABU GARGA/BALA P.A.

Dengi the headquarters of Kanam LGA is expected to host an excitingly tumultuous crowd of APC supporters and lovers of the Chairmanship and Deputy Chairmanship candidates of the party as it stages its Mega Rally preparatory to Saturday's Local Government Elections in Plateau State.

The combination of Hon Dayyabu Garga and Hon Haruna Bala P.A was adjudged one that silenced every perceived opposition in Kanam there by creating the silence that greeted the run up to the elections.

Coming from a very humble background, politically well structured foundations, widely accepted public space and religiously tolerant beliefs, the duo stamped themselves firmly on the path to success in the Kanam project.

The names Dayyabu Garga or Walin Garga as the case may be had been and is still a daily song on the lips of the young and old.

The mere mention of Bala P.A sends cold shivers down the spines of even the so to say rock solid.

As such Kanam may just be the envy of all as it sets the pace for development.

Therefore party faithful, supporters, admirers and well wishers will today converge on the Dengi Mini Stadium by 10am to show support to this ticket as well as councilors that will work with the team across all the wards of Kanam LGA.

The All Progressives Congress in Kanam LGA looks set to receive the people as vehicles adorned with the inscriptions of Dayyabu Garga and his Deputy,Bala P.A had been sighted across the state preparatory for this day.

May we herald a new dawn into a vista of more dividends of democracy to Kanam people.

THIS SUPPORT MESSAGE IS POWERED BY THE COALITION OF SUPPORT GROUPS FOR DAYYABU GARGA.
