Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang and his Deputy, Hon. Josephine Piyo on the occasion marking your two years in office.

Sir, your holistic approach in governance within the two years of your administration has demonstrated effective and proactive leadership that has positively change the fortune of the entire state in every strata, worthy of note, are the following;  massive urban and rural road Construction across the State, Provision of Agriculture Implements to our Farmers, Transformation of the Educational Sector, Tackling Insecurity, , Labour Relations, Healthcare delivery,Tourism development and Human Capital Development among others are evidence that your mission is indeed to better the life of the people of the state.

 As you continue with the developmental strides across the state, we pray that the Almighty God will empower you with Grace, Divine Wisdom and Sound Health to pilot our state to Greater heights.
