GAGDI: A CHAMPION OF CONSTITUENCY DEVELOPMENT AND EMPOWERMENT

Hate him or you like Rt. Hon. Yusufu Adamu Gagdi has written his name in goal and has continue to make waves in the nation's and plateau state politics with his tireless efforts to develop his constituency and empower women and youth.

As the Chairman of the House Committee on Navy, Gagdi has demonstrated his commitment to national security through the bills and motion raised on the floor of the House, while also focusing on initiatives that benefit his people.

Gagdi's journey in politics began in 2015 when he was elected as the Deputy Speaker of the Plateau State House of Assembly. His dedication and hard work earned him a seat in the Federal House of Representatives in 2019, and with his overwhelming performance and dedication to his constituency welfare he was re-elected for a second term in 2023. Throughout his tenure, Gagdi has sponsored key bills aimed at improving Nigeria's education and security sectors.

Some of Gagdi's notable achievements include:

- Sponsoring the Police Act (Amendment) Bill

- Establishing the Federal University of Pankshin Bill (2020)

- Sponsoring the Federal College of Education, Dengi-Kanam (Establishment) Bill (2022)

- Refunding examination fees to candidates in his constituency

Considering all these achievements Rt. Hon Gagdi remain an  A source of inspirations to many

Gaudi’s resilience and optimism in the face of challenges have made him a role model for many. His commitment to public service and his people has earned him respect and admiration from his constituents and colleagues alike. As he continues to champion initiatives aimed at constituency development, women and youth empowerment, Gagdi remains a force to be reckoned with in Nigerian politics comes 2027.
