PLATEAU STATE GUBERNATORIAL HOPEFUL, PROFESSOR SONNI TYODEN STORMS BASSA, JOS EAST: RECEIVES ROYAL BLESSINGS. 
The Local authorities in Bassa and Jos East have assured Plateau State Deputy Governor and frontline Gubernatorial aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, Professor Sonni Tyoden that they will work assiduously to ensure that he wins the primaries of the party. 

Chairman of Bassa Local Government Council, Andy Stephen and his Jos East counterpart, Ezekiel Yakubu gave the assurance, when Professor Tyoden visited the two councils separately to solicit for votes ahead of the primaries of the All Progressives Congress. 

The chairmen of the two councils who where elated with the visited by the Deputy Governor and Symbol of Trust teaming supporters disclosed that Professor Sonni Tyoden throughout his public service life has been a very humble and experienced personality who is the best to govern Plateau State after the expiration of the tenure of Governor Simon Lalong. 

Stephen and Ezekiel noted that Plateau State has never had it this good in terms of the relationship between the Governor and his Deputy. 

Earlier, the frontline Gubernatorial aspirant Professor Sonni Tyoden said he was at the separate councils to solicit their votes ahead of the primaries of the All Progressives Congress, haven gathered enough experience as a Professor of Political Science, former Vice Chancellor and have been with Governor Simon Lalong as Deputy Governor for seven years. 

Similarly, Bassa and Jost East Legislative Councils have assured the Plateau State Deputy Governor, Professor Sonni Tyoden that they will massively vote him during the primaries of the All Progressives Congress. 

Leader of Bassa Legislative Council, Williams Wujeh and his Jos East counterpart, Samuel Iliya through the Deputy Leader, Jonathan Azi said they are confident that with Tyoden as Governor in 2023, he will be able to address some of the challenges being faced by their people, knowing fully that he has been part of the administration for seven years. 

Tyoden had on arrival at Bassa, visited the Bra Ngwe Rigwe and Acting President, Bassa Traditional Council, Reverend Ronku Aka to condole the paramount ruler over an attack that claimed the lives of some of his subjects. 

The Royal Father who was happy with the visit commended efforts being made by government to ensure stability in the locality and assured that someday the security challenges will become history as they will continue to pray for the conflict merchants to repent. 

Despite the restraint by the Deputy Governor to solicit royal blessings ahead of his Gubernatorial contest, the the paramount ruler disclosed that a confident informed him of his aspiration and gave Tyoden and his wife Abigail royal blessings. 

At the Palace of the Agwom Izere, Reverend Isaac Wakili, the laughter that resonated from jokes by the royal father and the peace therein was no doubt a feeling of brotherliness occasioned by a long standing relationship between the Mwaghavul and the Afezere people. 

The Agwom Izere said he was ready to pronounce his royal blessings on Tyoden even if he was not able come to his domain and prayed specially for the gubernatorial hopeful and his wife. 

At both Bassa and Jos East Local Government Areas, the frontline Gubernatorial aspirant, Professor Sonni Tyoden had interface with with party officials and stakeholders of the party where he assured that he will not fail citizens of the state if given the mandate to lead as the number one citizen.
