farewell visit to Women Affairs Minister, Dame Pauline Tallen, OFR, KSG.
The outgoing European Union
Ambassador to Nigeria, Ambassador Ketil Karisen has paid a courtesy call to the
Honourable Minister of Women Affairs, Dame Pauline Tallen, OFR, KSG today,
Monday, 17th May, 2021.
Ambassador Karisen initially came to condole with
the Honourable Minister on the death of her predecessor, Senator Aisha Jummai
Alhassan taking time off to sign the condolence register opened in honour of
the late Minister.
Ambassador Ketil Karisen has had a
long standing working relationship with the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs
especially in supporting the campaign against sexual and gender-based violence
and attention to girl-child in every facet of development.
Dame Pauline wished the outgoing
Ambassador well in her next assignment and told him that her Ministry will miss
the good works done in support of her many campaigns.
