AMANO Plateau state chapter gets new officials

Alumni of Maritime Academic of Nigeria, Oron (AMANO) Plateau state chapter has inaugurated its new officials.

The inauguration which took place via Zoom platform on Saturday 6th March, 2021 has the following persons as it new officials:-

1.                  Chairman/President-                     Nenfort Clifford Gonchen

2.                  Vice Chairman/Vice President – Shaal Kenneth Nwap

3.                  Secretary General –                       Kan Andrew Badooh

4.                  Assistant Secretary General –       Philip Tela

5.                  Financial Secretary –                     Theophilus Mbai

6.                  Treasurer-                                      Peret Modesty

7.                  Public Relations Officer-              Orit Dimka

8.                  Welfare Secretary-                        Njin John Kwantsen

9.                  Provost-                                         Pam Mazere Chuhwak

The newly elected and inaugurated officials are to pilot the affairs of the Plateau state chapter Alumni of Maritime Academic of Nigeria, Oron (AMANO) for the next two years.

In his goodwill message the National President of AMANO Mr. Emmanuel Maiguwa congratulated the new officials and thanks them for taken the challenge to lead and assure them of the support of NEC.

He said following the successful conduct of the chapter election on the 24th February, which saw to emergent of the officials, it is important to note that, the election was free, fair, and transparent to the satisfaction of AMANO guidelines. By this, the NEC has accepted the exercise and gave way for the inauguration of the new executives to steer the affairs of the Jos chapter for the next two years. He added.
