Hon Nancy Plangnan Ivennya provide aids to the survivors of the Saint Academy collapse building

In an effort to bring relief and assistance to the remaining survivors of the tragic collapse Saint Academic school two storey building which claims the lives of several school children and many hospitalize, Hon Nancy Plangnan Ivennya visited the Bingham University Teaching Hospital (BHUTH) to pray and also rendered her support to the victims who are still receiving treatments.   

Hon Nancy who is aspiring for the Chairmanship position of the Bassa Local Government Council in the fourth coming LG Elections together with her supporters where warmly received by the Management of the Bingham University Teaching HOSPITAL (BHUTH) popularly known as Jangkwano.

The Medical Director, who was accompanied by his committed team, warmly received her and expressed profound gratitude for her charitable gesture, which he described as timely and heartwarming.

While blessing her for the selfless service to humanity and acknowledging her visit The Medical Director said it came at a time when all the necessary resources and manpower is most needed.

Hon Nancy Plangnan Ivennya who was filled with emotion and amidst tears rendered her words of comfort and encouragement, while eulogizing the staff of the hospital, who had been working tirelessly to save lives.

She also commended the Executive Governor of Plateau State His Excellency Barrister Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, for his prompt and coordinated response to salvage the situation from degenerating into further humanitarian catastrophe.

She equally appreciated the efforts of the member representing Jos North/Bassa Federal Constituency Hon. Daniel Asama, and National Emergency management Agency, NEMA, and Jos Metropolitan development Board, JMDB, among other non –governmental Organization for their efforts.

Some of the relatives of the victims expressed their delights for her visit describing it as a beacon of hope, reminding everyone that humanity and kindness still prevail in the face of adversity.
