Dariye, Ewuga Pay Goodwill Visit to APC National Chairman Prof. Yilwatda

Former Governor of Plateau State, Senator Joshua Dariye, alongside Hon. Solomon Ewuga, a former Deputy Governor of Nasarawa State and ex-Minister of State for the Federal Capital Territory, paid a goodwill visit to the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, at his Abuja residence on Friday.

The visit, seen as a significant show of solidarity, highlights the enduring political alliances and relationships among key northern leaders within the APC. Both Dariye and Ewuga are influential figures who have played pivotal roles in the political development of the Middle Belt region and beyond.

During the meeting, Senator Dariye extended his heartfelt congratulations to Prof. Yilwatda on his recent emergence as the party’s national chairman. He lauded Yilwatda’s leadership qualities and expressed confidence in his capacity to reposition the APC for greater success.

Dariye, who described Yilwatda's appointment as timely, also offered prayers for divine wisdom, strength, and guidance as he assumes the responsibility of leading the ruling party through a challenging but crucial phase in Nigeria’s political evolution.

In his remarks, Prof. Yilwatda expressed gratitude for the visit and support, acknowledging the contributions of leaders like Dariye and Ewuga to the party and the country. He reaffirmed his commitment to inclusive leadership, party unity, and advancing the ideals of the APC across all levels.
